Steal her style- Faye Tozer- Smith

If you are a 90’s baby, like me, you will remember Faye from the good old days of Steps. If you not then you probably know this star because of her appearance on Strictly come dancing. Either way, you have to admit, she is pretty glam. She is the kind of woman that you could always imagine leaving the house looking fabulous, even just to pick up some bread.

She may have caused some controversy because she has some danced based experience before but today we are going to talk about her style. Faye has always been famous for two things, her bright blue eyes and her light blonde hair.

No matter if she is keeping it casual with her natural locks or donning some hair extensions for a big event, she looks immaculate. Let’s have a look at some of her best Instagram snaps so we can steal her style. Show off you Fay inspired look by #wearcliphair.

Pre-dance Glam look:

Taking snaps and showing off with her dance partner, Giovanni looks like a blast. Sporting a faux curly bob Faye is ready to hit the dance floor. I am loving these curls but faux bobs are not something that can be pulled off with thinner hair. If you are not sure your hair is thick enough for this look or want even more volume, tape in hair extensions are perfect to add volume without extra weight.

Sophisticated updo:

If you are going for something high class but don’t want an entirely pulled back look, fringes are brilliant. A side fringe doesn’t get in your way but it helps to frame your face and draw attention to your eyes. If you have a fringe already, perfect you are sorted. If you haven’t and are not ready to take the plunge and cut your hair then consider getting a clip in fringe. They are super easy to style and you can rock it for the night. Think of it as a test drive and see if you want it permanently or just for an evening transformation. The back of this look is just a low bun but the beauty of the fringe is that it grabs your attention so you can keep the back low key.

Low lying locks:

This is another fantastic style to keep your hair out of your face. I look at this style because it is the perfect day to night look and it works wonderfully no matter who you are seeing. Centre parts are not new but I am currently obsessed with. They make your face look so much more symmetrical.

When you are creating pull back centre parted look, don’t forget to tease your roots a little either side of your parting so it doesn’t look flat. You can roll the backup and make it a more classic chignon or pull some strands out at the front and make it look much more casual. Either way, this style is a winner.
